April 2004 - Minsk Art College gets a water filter!

About seven hundred and fifty pounds was left after the visit of the Belarussians in 2001.  This year the money was sent to Belarus via Doris, one of the German teachers we met in Minsk.  Over easter 2004, the college bought and installed the filter!
